Our children, grandchildren, friends, and extended family have all commented on the warm and welcoming atmosphere they feel when visiting her. This journey my husband and I are on was not planned, but we feel extremely blessed and thankful that Heritage Pointe’s caring staff has become a part of all of it.”

“Our family has experienced many changes this past year, but Heritage Pointe has made the transition for my parents—and for all of us—so much easier. It has truly been a blessing. We feel like we’ve joined a community that has become our extended family. The facility is warm, welcoming, and feels just like home. My parents have turned their apartment into a cozy home, and Heritage Pointe played a big role in helping them feel comfortable during the transition. I can’t say enough about the staff—they’ve been incredibly kind, caring, and supportive. Even my granddaughter, who was nervous about visiting her great-grandparents at first, quickly felt at ease thanks to the wonderful staff. She now greets the team and residents by name when she visits—it feels like home to her too.

Moving from their lifelong home on the farm to an assisted living community was a big step, and naturally, we were all anxious. But the staff at Heritage Pointe made the process smooth and reassuring. They take the time to get to know each resident, encouraging their interests and strengths while helping them connect with others. That genuine sense of belonging is part of what makes Heritage Pointe so special. One of my mother’s greatest joys has been continuing her monthly card club right at Heritage Pointe. The staff helped arrange a room for her group, allowing her to stay connected with her lifelong friends while forming new relationships within the community. That balance of familiarity and new connections means the world to her—and to us.
