Memory Care in Marshall, MN

Enriching Connections is a program providing special training for staff who interact with our Memory Care residents. This program promotes meaningful connections between residents and their caregivers to create social opportunities in safe and comfortable surroundings.

Enriching Connections trains staff to focus on the following aspects of caring for seniors with memory issues:

• Relationships & Community: Fostering a sense of belonging for each individual resident.
• Commitment: Providing every resident with the best care possible at every moment.
• Certification & Training: All Memory Care staff and management earn certificates from the Alzheimer’s Association and receive additional dementia training.
• Services: Our qualified nursing staff help families choose services that match their loved one’s specific needs.
• Meaningful Life & Engagement: Promoting wellness and quality of life for residents through our central program philosophy, Inspire Wellness for Life.
• Environment: Continuing to improve the structure of our community to keep it safe and accessible for people with particular cognitive needs.
• Accountability: Constantly monitoring our plans, protocols, and culture to maintain our high standards of care.
